General Terms and Conditions
§ All rates include airport taxes.
§ MAGNICHARTERS shall have the right to deny transportation to individuals and/or their luggage when, in accordance with applicable regulations, it determines that doing so could pose a risk or danger, or that the transportation of such individuals, luggage, and/or belongings is prohibited by applicable legal provisions or restrictions. For this purpose, MAGNICHARTERS may inspect individuals, their luggage, and/or belongings that will be brought aboard the aircraft.
§ The passenger is responsible for bringing all relevant and valid personal documentation at the time of flight check-in and for complying with customs, immigration, health, police, and other provisions applicable to allow departure from the country, as well as entry into the destination country or countries, as well as any locations where, if applicable, layovers may occur. MAGNICHARTERS will verify that all passenger documentation is in order prior to flight operation, reserving the right at all times to deny boarding if any passenger fails to comply with any applicable regulations or requirements without liability to MAGNICHARTERS.
§ In the case of purchasing only a one-way route, the passenger must bring their return ticket on the day of the flight to present it at the airport check-in, if requested.
§ The reservation will be valid only for the date it was purchased for; therefore, the passenger undertakes to pay an additional fee if changing the date, flight, or canceling it. Whether the mentioned modifications are permitted depends on the advance notice provided.
§ Requests to change the date can only be made at least 15 days prior to the confirmed ticket date. If the date change is confirmed, an extra charge will apply.
§ In the event of cancellations:
If the customer requests the cancellation of their reservation, a penalty of 100% will apply.
In case of No Show, a penalty of 100% will apply.
Refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the ticket, passage, or issued to order, who will provide the original payment documents.
§ Some rates and promotions do not apply on bridges and/or holidays.
§ If the passenger does not use their ticket or make any changes before the flight departure, it will not be valid on another date.
§ The company may cancel, without prior notice, a flight or a reservation, with no further obligation than to refund unused tickets or a portion of the tickets.
§ The passenger must present themselves at the assigned counter to show their flight documents four hours before departure.
§ Check-in closes one hour and 30 minutes before flight departure.

Flights Originating in Mérida: Terminal Manuel Crecencio Rejón International Airport (MID)
Flights Originating in Mexico City: Terminal 1 Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX)

International departures (to CUN, MEX, or MID), Terminal 3 José Martí International Airport (HAV)
§ MAGNICHARTERS assumes no responsibility for the cost of ground transportation for passengers, baggage, food consumption, lodging, or any other expenses resulting from the interruption of their itinerary, whether caused by weather conditions, air traffic, etc. These expenses must be covered by the passenger.
§ In the event of a flight change due to MAGNICHARTERS operations, this will be communicated through the email provided when making the reservation.
§ Baggage Policy:
• Economy Fare
One piece of carry-on luggage weighing 10kg and one checked baggage of 25kg per person on both segments of the route.
§ The permitted dimensions are as follows: Carry-on luggage: 40 centimeters base, 40 centimeters long, and 25 centimeters wide. Checked luggage: 57 centimeters long and 40 centimeters wide. Extra charge luggage: availability of space will be confirmed at the counter.
§ Umbrellas not fitting inside the suitcase are considered an additional piece of luggage and must be notified in advance.
§ Valuable items will remain in the passenger's custody on board the aircraft. MAGNICHARTERS is not responsible for the transport, damage, or loss of such items.
§ MAGNICHARTERS is not responsible for damage or loss of valuable items such as coins, jewelry, gemstones, artwork, documents, stocks and negotiable certificates, electronic devices, photography or video equipment, or items prone to decomposition; which are not considered luggage and are transported without the knowledge or consent of the Company. Any luggage claims must be made before leaving the airport.
§ Fragile item documentation is done at the passenger's risk.
§ The transportation of any kind of pet or egg boxes is not allowed.
§ MAGNICHARTERS does not provide cargo services.
§ In case of luggage exchange, the control of the swapped suitcase is immediately traced in the passenger's reservation database to coordinate its location and delivery; in case of luggage damage, an assessment will be conducted and arrangements will be made for its shipment to a specialized repair facility, with the respective damage report.
§ Lost luggage will be tracked, and if it is not located within 30 business days, it will be settled as required by law.
§ MAGNICHARTERS is not responsible for damages to luggage such as scratches, stains, etc., resulting from its handling.
§ In case of transporting items such as firearms, fishing or competition equipment, etc., a special documentation procedure must be carried out, for which the passenger must arrive 3 hours before the flight departure, with the corresponding certificates for their transportation and the official identification of the holder, for filling out the corresponding forms and authorization from the PFP department at the airport.
§ The documentation of coolers made of fragile material is prohibited, they are not allowed to be carried aboard the plane, as they may cause liquid spills, and luggage exceeding the dimensions allowed by MAGNICHARTERS will not be transported.
